Aww man, so much work to maximize working out. 30-45 minute workouts? 6 meals a day? I’m pretty sure I’m not gonna split my meals into 6. 30-45 minute workouts is reasonable, though that would mean I’d have to go to the gym more often. And then I calculated how much stuff I should be eating and it seems like a lot.
I weight 145-149 lbs with clothes on. I calculated it for 149 lbs.

I don’t think I get that amount of protein. It’s just that proteins cost moneys. I want some cheap ass protein source. What about these beans that I keep eating because I always have beans around now? I should try writing down what I eat so I can figure out how much stuff I get in my typical day’s diet.
